The digital books are available online via the engasia website or via the short url http://mc2dme.appspot.com/. Choose an appropriate version, java desktop or tablet, and log in with login name engasiapublic and password pass. There are three books, two were used in the classroom and one is an old unfinished one, which we kept in to demonstrate the design principles.
Note that there sometimes are technical issues with Java and HTML5, which means that some internet browsers do not display everything.
